Asked and answered,without euphemism.

The things worth knowing before you buy, answered the way we would answer them out loud.

I

Can I buy today?

No — not yet. The doors are not open, so nothing on this site can be bought at the moment, and the bag will hold what you like rather than sell it to you. Leave an address and you get one message on the day that changes.

II

How discreet is the delivery?

The outer box is plain and unbranded, with no product category printed anywhere on it. The billing descriptor is neutral. The courier sees a parcel and nothing else.

III

What is the wall actually made of?

Natural rubber latex. If you have a latex sensitivity this is not the object for you, and we would rather say so here than have you find out at an inconvenient moment.

IV

What does thirty-five microns mean in practice?

Thirty-five microns on Ultra Thin, forty-five on Ribbed & Textured — roughly half the width of a human hair, held as a tolerance across the whole wall rather than as a best-case figure. Thinner is not automatically better; reliability is the premise, and both figures are chosen to sit comfortably inside it.

V

Is every piece tested?

Testing is the manufacturer's, and we will publish the method when we can publish the licence alongside it. We would rather answer this question late than answer it with a number we cannot show you.

VI

Can I return an opened box?

When the doors open, unopened boxes will go back within thirty days. Opened boxes will not, for reasons we assume are obvious — and anything that arrives wrong, we will make right regardless.

VII

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. The house is Indian and the supply chain is built here first.

Still wondering?

What thirty-five microns means

The measurement, and why thinner is not automatically better.

Shipping & discretion
