The box
A plain outer carton. No logo, no product category, no wording that suggests what is inside — nothing printed on it at all. What a courier, a doorman or a flatmate sees is a parcel, and a parcel is all it looks like.

The statement
The billing descriptor is neutral and never names the category. It reads the same on a shared card statement as it does on a private one, which is the only version of that promise worth making.

Where it goes
India only, for now. The house is Indian and the supply chain is built here first. When that changes it will be said plainly rather than quietly switched on.

Coming back
When the doors open, an unopened box will go back within thirty days. An opened one will not, for reasons we assume are obvious. Anything that arrives wrong — damaged, missing, not what you ordered — we will make right regardless of which side of that line it falls on.

Payment is still being rebuilt, so there is no delivery window or shipping rate to quote you. Rather than publish a number we would have to correct later, this section stays empty until the day it can be filled in honestly.
